| There is nothing more important than having a testimony of our Father in Heaven, and in His Son Jesus Christ and in the Holy Ghost. A testimony is the knowledge and assurance that we have a Father in Heaven who loves us so much that He gave His only Begotten Son so that we might be able to come back into his presence. It is the faith that Our Savior atoned for our sins and our infirmities, so that we might be able to come back and dwell with Him and our Father in Heaven. That he restored his Church again upon the earth so that we might have a fulness of the gospel which is essential to our salvation. For this cause I have asked some of my loved ones to bear testimony to others that might read these pages and gain their own testimonies of this wonderful truth. It is my prayer that you will read and ponder the words that have been written here and in the next pages...
"MY Testimony" There are so many things that I have to be grateful for because the Lord has truly blessed me beyond measure. I was born into a wonderful family, with wonderful parents and sisters who always gave freely of their love. I was born into a land of freedom and for this I am deeply grateful. My prayer daily is that this will always remain so, and that other countries will also be so blessed so that it's people will also be free to choose those things that are good and fulfilling. I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Which was restored here on the earth at this time and I feel a strong sense of responsibility and a desire to give to others that which I have been so blessed with. I know that my Savior, Jesus Christ lives and that He is our elder brother and He came to this earth to atone for our sins, to overcome death through the resurrection so that each of us might have eternal life in His Kingdom if we will keep His commandments. I know that He knows me personally and that I also knew Him before I came to this earth. I know that each of us did, and that He loved us so much that He took upon himself the infinite responsibility to conform to the Father's plan and come to this earth to die for us. I know that He loves me. I know that He wants us to know that He loves each of us and knows each of us intimately. I know this because the Holy Ghost bears witness of this to me and to others of His children who seek to know the truth. He never leaves us alone, but His arms are always outstretched waiting for us to come to Him. I have had so many things happen in my life and in the lives of my loved ones that bear witness of this truth. I have a great faith in prayer because my prayers have been answered so many times, and in such a way that there is no doubt in my mind that it was an answer to my prayer, and it came directly from Him. I have great faith in the scriptures because this is one of the mediums that He has used to teach me. He knows each of us so well that He knows just how to succor us and to teach us the things that we need to know. He knows that I will search to find the truth in the scriptures because I have a desire to know the truth. He has helped me to open the scriptures and other books directly to the page where the answer is, quite a few times, and all I had to do was look down and the words were right in front of me. No question about it. He led me to the answer. He has protected me when I have been in danger and watched over my children when I have had to work out of the home. To relate each and every incident would probably take a book to write it all down. Suffice it to say that these things are true. He has answered prayers when I have had a desire to serve Him and my other brothers and sisters on the earth. I love my Father in Heaven and I love His Son, our Redeemer, Jesus Christ with all of my heart and pray that this will lead others who might read it to seek this truth also. For those that have a testimony I encourage you to share it with others that they might feast upon these truths with you. and I say these things in the Name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen
